* docs(auth): add authentication & authorization setup cheatsheet

Adds a comprehensive cheatsheet for authentication and authorization configurations under docs/auth-cheatsheet.md.

Registers the cheatsheet and ADR-014 in the VitePress documentation sidebar.

* docs(auth): detail behavior of authentication variables if left unset

Updates the configuration tables in docs/auth-cheatsheet.md to include a new column documenting the system behavior when a variable is left unset or empty.

* docs(auth): correct PROXY_SESSION_SECRET fallback cascade documentation

Corrects the cheatsheet description of PROXY_SESSION_SECRET to show the multi-step secret resolution cascade (falling back to JWT_SECRET, Kubernetes secrets, peer discovery, and random generation) rather than throwing an error.
