Add addressable entries to view: file ids and path drill-down

- File rows now show a stable id ([N] = FileNames.name_id) in a left gutter.
- `view <name> <id>` (or #id) resolves the file to its full path and reports
  it would be restored; ids stay valid across listings/depths for a version.
- `view <name> /abs/path` drills into a directory subtree (exact absolute
  path; no fuzzy matching by design).
- DB: ViewEntry, view_entries(version, root) with index-friendly subtree range,
  file_path_at_version(name_id, version) (version-aware lookup).
- Engine: entries-based Snapshot, resolve_file, leaf ids, id-gutter renderer,
  ViewTarget/parse_target. CLI: optional target positional threaded through.
- README documents id/path targets and that paths are exact. 50 tests passing.
