refactor: improve standard log bridge efficiency

- Change `BridgeStandardLog` to accept `slog.Handler` instead of
`slog.Logger`
- Use `slog.NewRecord` to capture source information natively instead of
 manually creating attributes
- Enable `AddSource` in `main.go` handlers to support file/line logging
via the bridge
