* docs: add comprehensive installation guide

- Created docs/installation.md with complete setup instructions
- Covers C++ library, Python bindings, and Web UI installation

* docs: simplify root README to reduce repetition

- Reduced from 387 lines to concise overview

- Simplified Web UI section to essentials
- Kept quick examples for immediate value
- Added clear documentation section linking to all docs

* chore: reorganize project structure and rename webui to dal-web

- Rename webui/ to dal-web/ for consistency with dal-* naming convention
- Move documentation from .claude/ to docs/:
  - .claude/methodology/ -> docs/methodology/
  - .claude/designs/ -> docs/designs/
  - .claude/refactor/ -> docs/refactor/
- Rename webui-related skills and rules:
  - .claude/rules/webui-design.md -> dal-web-design.md
  - .claude/skills/dal-webui-setup/ -> dal-web-setup/
