chore: reorganize project structure and rename webui to dal-web

- Rename webui/ to dal-web/ for consistency with dal-* naming convention
- Move documentation from .claude/ to docs/:
  - .claude/methodology/ -> docs/methodology/
  - .claude/designs/ -> docs/designs/
  - .claude/refactor/ -> docs/refactor/
- Rename webui-related skills and rules:
  - .claude/rules/webui-design.md -> dal-web-design.md
  - .claude/skills/dal-webui-setup/ -> dal-web-setup/
- Update all references in code, scripts, and documentation
- Update package names: dal-webui-backend -> dal-web-backend
- Add .server.log and .server.pid to .gitignore

This reorganization improves clarity and follows the established
dal-* naming pattern across the project.
