Commit Message

git: treat windows .rc files as binary files to always preserve CRLF eols

The previous settings works well for regular git usage, but it stores
the git objects with LF eols and then Debian pristine-tar and gbp
unpacks the git branch with LF eols and then rebuild of "orig tarball"
does produce different file and hash is not matching.

Converting them to "binary" files seems to be in the end the simplest
fix overall.
