feat: column selection in query builder, projected by dalgo2memory (#58)

* docs(ideas): draft column selection + dalgo2memory projection idea

End-to-end idea: add a column-selection terminal to dal.QueryBuilder and
have dalgo2memory project q.Columns() into map records (single-source +
join), reusing the join source-aware resolver. Surfaced as a blocker
while parking the dalgo2memory-column-projection seed (the builder cannot
select columns today).

Projection happens regardless of IntoRecord() (keys-only branch bypassed);
split column-error-handling into unresolvable-column-source-errors and
non-field-column-rejected (with AC + prose refs repointed); absent value
projects to a present key with nil; acknowledge duplicate-key as an open
question. spec-reviewer: Approved.
