star trails (#1888)

* Attempt creating a star trail effect.
* Suppress drawing of overly bright scene elements in "star trail mode", 
but keep last frame with them (labels, gridlines, constellations, Milky Way, Atmosphere,  etc.)
* Inhibit planet hint&labels, star labels,  Gridlines, Nebula hints/labels
* Landscape draws
* Reduce star size and streak brightness
* Reset sky drawing after movement or window resize
* Reset sky drawing when time or location is changed or when dialog is closed
* Freeze atmosphere and draw stars in the daytime sky
- Caveat: This fails sometimes, brightening the sky to bright blue or even white-out.
* Adjust Satellites drawing: suppress orbits, shadow circles etc.

* SUG: Describe new mode
