fix(dtlog): use t.Setenv in posthog tests to satisfy errcheck

CI golangci-lint failed on unchecked os.Setenv/os.Unsetenv returns in
posthog_coverage_test.go (from cov-smoke-04, which predated the workflow's
lint gate). Replace the manual getenv/setenv/defer-restore blocks with
t.Setenv (auto-restores, no error to check). Empty value == unset for this
code path. Whole-module golangci-lint now clean.
