xapi_vm_snapshot: change VM.revert to use VDI.revert

a lot of balls to be balled

If the storage backend does not implement the call, xapi falls back to
the old method of cloning the snapshot, updating all links, and deleting
the previous snapshot.

This needs a few changes to keep the previous behaviour of cloning all
disks or none at all, while allowing the revert as well
