fix: revert mdns task stack trim (2560 overflowed on c3) (#511)

- the c3 panicked in the mdns task under an mdns event flood with the trimmed 2560 stack (risc-v deeper frames than the s2's xtensa); restore the idf default 4096 on c3 + s2
- keep BB_MDNS_BATCH_MAX=4 (the bss win, unrelated to the crash)
- ~1.5kb headroom traded for stability — same lesson as the nvs_save revert
