ci/dart-test: dump xcresult test failures on iOS xcodebuild fail

The xcodebuild test approach now lands tests correctly (5/6 passed
in milliseconds on the first run after 91353a4) but XCTAssert
failure messages live inside the .xcresult bundle, not in
xcodebuild's stdout — so the log just shows "Test case … failed"
with no reason. Add a post-failure step that walks the xcresult
JSON via xcresulttool and emits each failure record so the next
red CI shows WHY the dart-side assertion fired.

Wraps both the modern `xcresulttool get test-results tests`
output and falls back to the legacy `--legacy` schema for older
Xcodes so the dump works regardless of which xcresulttool
version the runner has.
