feat(bb_update_check): default AUTOREGISTER off on boot-mode-OTA boards (#342)

- boot-mode boards update via the reboot worker, so the recurring runtime
  update-check poll (~8 KB task + HTTPS timer) is dead weight and cannot
  complete the TLS handshake on heap-tight boards
- default CONFIG_BB_UPDATE_CHECK_AUTOREGISTER to n when BB_OTA_STRATEGY_BOOT,
  keep y for pull-strategy boards, overridable to y if the runtime status
  route is still needed
- document the strategy↔update-check coupling in CLAUDE.md
