perf(s2): right-size mdns/event buffers to reclaim internal heap (#501)

- the esp32-s2-mini runs at a ~4 KB internal floor (156 wdt resets); trim the idf mdns task stack and the bb_event ring/queue (hwm-measured, block.found is rare on a miner) for the s2 only; ~4.6 KB reclaimed.
