refactor: derive batchGetItems dedupe key from hashKey/rangeKey

Use the configured hash/range key values to build a stable dedupe key
instead of JSON.stringify, which is order-sensitive and can produce
unstable keys. Matches the existing gsiItemKey pattern used elsewhere.
