Replace direct React-specific JSX attributes with spread helpers, use Number.isFinite, split type-only imports, and validate API paths before fetch calls.

The frontend production build passes after these changes.

Require pytest 9.0.3 or newer in the web UI backend manifests to avoid the Codacy-reported CVE in pytest 8.x.

The lockfile already resolved pytest 9.0.3, so only the recorded dependency constraints needed updating.
