refactor(apollo): move user-id mismatch detection into dedicated link

Extract the inline user-id mismatch check from authenticationGuard into
a UserIdMismatchLink afterware so detection covers every operation
returning my.id, not just the auth guard query. Adds a source-agnostic
data_integrity tag alongside the existing authentication_guard tag.
