feat: remove filter page (#6954)

* Remove LoanSearchPage and related UI components

Complete removal of LoanSearchPage feature and associated components.

DELETIONS (4,177 lines removed):
- src/pages/Lend/LoanSearchPage.vue (main page component)
- 10 LoanSearch child components (filters, chips, interface, sort, saved search)
- 2 Challenge header components (ChallengeCallout, ChallengeHeader from LoanSearch)
- 7 Storybook story files for deleted components
- src/api/localResolvers/loanSearch.js (Apollo cache resolver)
- src/graphql/query/loanSearchState.graphql & mutation/updateLoanSearchState.graphql
- src/util/loanSearch/searchStateUtils.js (search state management)
- 8 test files for deleted components and utilities

MODIFICATIONS:
- src/router/routes.js: Added /lend/filter redirect to /lend-by-category
- src/api/localSchema.graphql: Removed LoanSearchState type definition (29 lines)
- src/util/loanSearch/filters/pageLimit.js: Updated DEFAULT_PAGE_LIMIT (5→15)
- src/util/loanSearch/filters/pageOffset.js: Added DEFAULT_PAGE_OFFSET
- src/util/loanSearch/queryParamUtils.js: Removed 2 dead functions, cleaned imports
- src/util/loanSearch/README.md: Updated documentation
- Updated 8 test files for constants and dead code removal

VERIFICATION:
✓ 3,603 unit tests passing (241 test files)
✓ 496 loanSearch utility tests passing
✓ 0 linting errors (3 pre-existing warnings)
✓ SearchBar component tests passing
✓ Zero broken references or orphaned code
✓ Shared filter infrastructure preserved and functional
✓ Backward compatibility maintained via route redirect
