docs: publish as GitHub Pages with MkDocs Material (replace Read the Docs) (#5)

Switch the documentation site to Material for MkDocs deployed to GitHub Pages,
matching the daycry/auth docs style.

- mkdocs.yml: Material theme (Inter/JetBrains Mono, light/dark blue/slate
  palette, nav tabs + sections, instant navigation, search, code copy, edit/view
  actions); pymdownx extensions incl. the PHP startinline trick (our snippets
  omit <?php); strict link/anchor validation; exclude superpowers/, README.md,
  home.md; social links; full nav.
- docs/index.md: auth-style landing — hero + feature grid cards + quick start.
- docs/stylesheets/extra.css: hero, card hover, content polish.
- docs/requirements.txt: mkdocs-material (replaces sphinx/furo).
- .github/workflows/docs.yml: build (mkdocs build --strict) + deploy to GitHub
  Pages via actions/deploy-pages.
- README: point the docs link/badge to https://daycry.github.io/jobs/.
- Remove the Read the Docs / Sphinx setup (.readthedocs.yaml, docs/conf.py,
  docs/index.rst, docs/_static/custom.css).
- gitignore the MkDocs build output (site/).

Verified locally: `mkdocs build --strict` passes (0 broken links/anchors,
no orphan pages).
