Drop dead standalone_module field + guard build manifest metadata path

Pre-RC cleanup from the PR review:

- package.py: remove `standalone_module`. It was set on the resolved module
  project but is no longer read by anything since `_module_package_flag` was
  removed (`_package_locally` now emits both `-DMODULE_` and `-DPKG_`
  unconditionally). Drop the two `_resolve_module_project` assertions that
  pinned it.
- build.py: only parse the project's own metadata.json for module deps when
  `source_folder` is set; an empty `source_folder` previously resolved to a
  cwd-relative "metadata.json" and could pick up an unrelated file.
