Revise BGP to IS-IS redistribution documentation

ISIS Database contains entries redistributed from BGP and Static to ISIS

There are 2 entries matching shared nexthop 10.238.35.128

In the configuration redistribution is defined for static-to-isis & static-to-bgp

Because of this we see 2 entries in the isis database

After restarting the routing process on the device (I reproduced through restart) but not sure what other triggers caused it, the entry 10.238.35.128/28 redistributed from bgp to isis is missing
