fix(manifests): drop ineffective ns dynatrace tag

The Dynatrace operator only reads inject opt-out from the pod template,
not the namespace, so the namespace-level dynatrace.com/inject label did
nothing. Remove it and its test now that the pod template carries the
effective annotations.
