test: convert remaining standard Go tests to Ginkgo

Convert the last two test files still using testing.T and
gotest.tools/v3/assert to Ginkgo/Gomega, bringing full test suite
consistency.

- internal/formatters/generic_test.go: replace TestGenericJSONFormatter
  and TestGenericXMLFormatter with DescribeTable-based Ginkgo specs
  under the existing Formatters Suite.

- internal/authn/keychain_test.go: convert five Test functions
  (TestAuthfileNotExist, TestAuthfileOpenError,
  TestAnonymousFallbackNoMatchingCreds, TestNoConfig, TestVariousPaths)
  to a Describe/When/DescribeTable Ginkgo structure. Create
  authn_suite_test.go bootstrap since the package had none.

- go.mod: drop gotest.tools/v3 dependency (no longer used).
