[feature] Support custom X.509 extensions via structured ASN.1 DER encoding #222

Added support for generating certificates with custom
X.509 Object Identifiers (OIDs) by introducing an ASN.1
DER value encoder. It integrates seamlessly with the
existing JSON extension framework while maintaining
strict type validation and backward compatibility.

Closes #222
