* chore(main): export tray menu helpers for downstream composition

Promote the module-local `const` helper factories and the template
assembler in `main/src/system-tray.ts` to `export const` so that
downstream consumers, packagers, or overlay distributions can recompose
the tray menu without forking the file.

No runtime behavior change. Existing exports (`safeTrayDestroy`,
`initTray`, `updateTrayStatus`) are unchanged.

* chore(knip): ignore main/src/system-tray.ts

The tray helpers are intentionally exported for downstream consumers
(enterprise overlay distributions) that recompose the menu without
forking. Knip cannot see those usages and flags them as unused.
