* add traces for orcid hanami

* add opentelemetry env support to orcid

Allow ruby_app deployments to manage an optional shared .otel.env file
for application tracing configuration.

This lets Capistrano-linked Ruby apps load host-specific OpenTelemetry
settings from the shared deploy directory while keeping the application
repository free of deployed environment values.

* add Opentelemetry tracing for Hanami

Load OpenTelemetry environment settings before Hanami boots and
initialize Rack and Net::HTTP instrumentation for request tracing.

Link .otel.env through Capistrano so Ansible can manage host-specific
tracing configuration in the shared deploy directory.
