* fix: add send_binary to avoid ambiguous realtime.send

PG fails to resolve `realtime.send(jsonb | bytea)` without casting,
for eg: `realtime.send('{}', ...)`

Add a second `send_binary` function to properly route jsonb and bytea
messages.

Fixes REAL-844
