fix(client): normalise empty success bodies to a map

DELETE endpoints answer 204 No Content, which Req surfaces as an
empty-string body, so delete/2-4 returned {:ok, ""} in violation of the
{:ok, map()} contract in the specs. Map empty ("" or nil) success bodies
to %{} in Client.request/4.
