refactor: centralise stream_all error handling in Client.collect/1 (#11)

The {:attio_stream_error, err} throw originates in Client.paginate/3, but
its matching catch was duplicated across all six paginated modules
(Records, Entries, Notes, Tasks, Meetings, Threads). Extract the
collect-with-catch into Client.collect/1 so the throw and its handler
live together, and reduce each stream_all to a single pipe.
