Markdown: use InputBackground fill for inline and block code

ColorNameBackground is the window surface, so inline code (which has no
border) rendered invisibly on a default background. Use the theme-aware
ColorNameInputBackground for both inline code and the fenced block, so
they are visible in light and dark themes and stay consistent with each
other. Addresses #6041.
