test(create_integration_card): Stop mutating test/expected during tests

The integration test copied common/* into test/expected/<cardType>/ during
each run and removed those files in afterEach. Two problems:

1. ava --watch (npm run unit-watch) detected the writes and re-triggered,
   producing an infinite loop.
2. A crash mid-test left residue in test/expected/, polluting the fixture
   tree.

Build the merged expected tree under test/tmp/ instead; test/expected/
is now read-only during test execution.
