test: remove unused helper functions left behind from nonce-exchange removal

Removes unused test helper functions `boolPtr`, `generateRSAKeyPair` and `generateECDSAKeyPair` in `service/biz/` package. These were left behind when the nonce-exchange flow tests were removed.
