Add association filter and include study associations

Expose a new QueryType filter field 'association' in the GraphQL schema and update the CTDC ES index queries to surface study-level associations for files. The cypher was extended with a UNION to return files associated with studies, an OPTIONAL MATCH to collect direct study nodes, and the study short names/accessions are now combined with direct study values and deduplicated via apoc.coll.toSet so study metadata includes both participant-linked and directly-linked study associations.
