Commit Message

Align tigerdata app with Node 22 and Yarn Berry 4.15 (#2712)

Remove the Devbox Yarn Classic package and rely on Corepack for Yarn
management. Update package.json to use yarn@4.15.0 and remove Yarn
Classic from application dependencies.

Keep Node.js pinned to 22.12.0 in Devbox and configure the Ansible
nodejs role to use v22.12.0 with opt-in Yarn Berry support.
