fix: invalidate parser cache when extensions change (#310)

* fix: invalidate cache when extensions change

* test: wait for issue 309 page hydration

* ci: read release version from package.json (pnpm 11 fix)

pnpm 11 changed 'pnpm version' stdout to multi-line human-readable text,
which broke capturing it as the release version. Mutate package.json with
pnpm version, then read the real version back via node -p.
