Improve cancelling: cancel the futures that haven't been started

- All pending (queue) futures in the ThreadPool are canceled
- Currently running TransitionRun will be, as usual, stopped after the current Transition binary has run

So If I have 1 cpu, and 2 files to translate being 24.1.0 and 26.2.0, assuming we're in the process of processing file #1 from 24.2.0 to 25.1.0

- File1 : will stop at 25.1.0
- File2: future is canceled, never runs

I tested this with the GUI.
