2.10.0: run/assemble --cellranger-dir + --sample-name-from (closes #124) (#131)

load_contigs gains sample_name_from={parent,grandparent,sheet} + cellranger_dir shorthand; threaded through assemble_full_sequences and wired to run/assemble CLI + AssembleConfig. Fixes CellRanger per_sample_outs/{sample}/vdj_t layout collapsing every sample to vdj_t. Picks up and finishes stashed library work; +17 tests. Closes #124.
