Reduce sleep duration in nosql test

sleep is called for every product, we have a ton of them (~30). So
sleeping for 1s each is nearly 30s.

Reducing it to 100ms brings it to around 3s

Still not great that its tied so closly to the number of products which
changes over time but waiting so long also isn't great
