Use fileCount fields for files widgets

Update filesWidgetConfig to reference fileCountBy* data keys instead of filterFileCountBy*. Add corresponding GraphQL fields (fileCountByDataCategory, fileCountByFileType, fileCountByLibraryStrategy) to dashboardTabData query so the widgets receive the new response field names.
