Bump Netty to 4.2.14.Final and update CVE note

Update pom.xml to set netty.version to 4.2.14.Final (from 4.1.133.Final) and adjust the inline comment to indicate remediation for CVE-2026-42582 and CVE-2026-42583. This forces the Netty BOM to the newer release to address the referenced security vulnerabilities.
