fix(examples): unblock CPU E2E distilbert notebook test

Increase TrainJob completion wait timeout to 600s since fine-tuning
takes several minutes in CI, and use the namespaced SQuAD dataset.
Also match current JobSet replicated job names in E2E log collection.
