test: make dbt cmd suite hermetic to avoid false "within Astro project"

TestDbt defaulted the dbt project path to config.WorkingPath (the package's
own directory) and dbt deploy/delete reject any path nested under an Astro
project, detected by walking up the real filesystem for .astro/config.yaml.
This made the suite fail in any environment where an ancestor of the repo
checkout is itself an Astro project.

Run each test from an isolated temp working directory (matching what
TestDbtDeploy_CustomProjectPath already does) by overriding config.WorkingPath
and the process cwd in SetupTest and restoring them in TearDownTest. This also
keeps the suite from creating dbt_project.yml inside the repo tree.
