feat: support podEphemeralStorage in deployment template file

Threads the worker-queue `pod_ephemeral_storage` field through the
deployment-from-file and inspect/export paths, matching the API field
added in astronomer/astro#38019. Applies to Celery and Astro executor
worker queues only (hybrid is excluded, consistent with the API).

- Add PodEphemeralStorage to the v1 client WorkerQueue, WorkerQueueRequest,
  and UpdateWorkerQueueRequest types.
- Add pod_ephemeral_storage to the template Workerq struct.
- Carry the value through create (getQueues + WorkerQueueRequest),
  update (ConvertCreateQueuesToUpdate), and inspect export (getQMap).
- Add focused tests for each path.
