chore: update Node.js to 24 (#137)

## Summary

- Upgrades Node.js version references in CI workflows and Dockerfile to
Node 24 (LTS)
- Previous version (Node 20) is approaching EOL

## Changes

- `.github/workflows/node.yml`: `'20.x'` → `'24'`
- `.github/workflows/publish-docs.yml`: `'20.x'` → `'24'`
- `Dockerfile`: `node:20-alpine` → `node:24-alpine` (both build and
runtime stages)
