test: add coverage for validation, connlog updates, and session list

Table-driven white-box tests for previously-uncovered branches:
- api: validateConnectRequest all branches incl. ProxyJump (50% -> 100%)
- connlog: MemoryStore UpdateError/UpdateDisconnected + List snapshot
  (0% -> 100% on those methods; package 61.5% -> 80.8%)
- session: Manager.List empty + multi-session (0% -> 100%; package -> 71.6%)

All tests pass under -race.
