* chore(deps): fix tmp vulnerability in generator and coverage

Bumps tmp from 0.2.5 to 0.2.7 in both firebase-rules-generator and
firebase-rules-coverage to clear Dependabot alerts #111 and #110
(GHSA-ph9p-34f9-6g65 / CVE-2026-44705). Resolution updated to ^0.2.6
and the version preapproved in each .yarnrc.yml to bypass the
3-day npmMinimalAgeGate.

* chore(deps): drop tmp preapprovals (past 3-day age gate)

Addresses Dennis's review feedback — tmp@0.2.6 was published
2026-05-26 and tmp@0.2.7 on 2026-05-27; both are now well past
the npmMinimalAgeGate threshold, so the explicit preapprovals
are no longer required.
