* feat: add useAnimationControls parity

- Add animation controls API exports, types, and subscribers
- Add docs, examples, test pages, and e2e coverage
- Route layout button dogfood through upstream projection semantics

* fix: stop animation controls mid-flight

Track Motion playback controls for animate={controls} so controls.stop()
can stop active animations like upstream. Guard demo sequences so a stopped
run cannot continue into the next awaited step.

* fix: preserve controls initial state on mount

Keep initial variants applied for animate={controls} until the controls
receive their first command, matching upstream initial render behavior.
