refactor: improve channel naming and lifecycle management

- Rename `update` to `updateCh` in `DNSCache` for clarity.
- Define `TELEMETRY_BUFFER_SIZE` constant.
- Add `done` channel to `DNSDispatcher` to ensure proper shutdown
  of the telemetry worker and prevent goroutine leaks.
