utils: extract _handle_raw_item from worker loop

Move the per-item queue handling in MogrifyLabelPool._worker_loop into a
dedicated _handle_raw_item static method to reduce nesting and isolate
the stop-sentinel and job-dispatch logic. No behaviour change.
