rip: extract per-track ripping into _rip_track coroutine

Hoist the body of the _run_cdparanoia inner loop into a nested
_rip_track(i, track) coroutine. This behaviour-preserving refactor
isolates the per-track task construction, command build, and
cdparanoia subprocess handling, leaving the loop to queue the task
and wait for FLAC encoding to start.
